Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your mobile number, and optionally your name and email.
• The profile content you add: contact details, services, images, location and social links.
• Payment status and identifiers returned by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
• Aggregated interaction counts for your card (views, call taps, WhatsApp taps, enquiries).

Analytics & privacy

Interaction events are stored against a one-way visitor hash derived from the visitor's IP address, browser and the day of the visit. We do not store raw IP addresses, do not use third-party advertising trackers, and do not build cross-site profiles. Repeated views from the same visitor are de-duplicated for a short window.

One-time password delivery

Mobile verification is delivered through our SMS provider. We send only the mobile number and the one-time password required to verify you. OTPs are stored hashed and expire after a short period.

Your controls

Your card is private until you publish it. You can unpublish at any time, edit or delete your content, and change your public link. Old links automatically redirect to the new one. To request deletion of your account and data, contact support@miniweb.space.
