Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your MiniMuskan order within 12 hours of placing it. Here's how the cancellation window works and what happens after it closes.

12-hour cancellation window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, directly from your account under My Orders. We begin personalisation shortly after confirmation, which is why this window is limited.
After 12 hours, cancellation is usually not possible because your item may already be in production.
After the window closes
Customised products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, so they cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you believe there are exceptional circumstances, please contact us — our team will always try to help where we reasonably can.
Cancellations by MiniMuskan
In rare cases we may need to cancel an order — for example if materials are unavailable, an address is undeliverable, or a product image is unusable for printing. In such cases we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund of any amount paid.
Refunds on cancelled orders
If you paid online, a refund is initiated automatically when your cancellation is confirmed and typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery advances are refunded to the original payment method.
