Privacy Policy

Your information is used to process and deliver your orders, personalise your products, send order updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — send you marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Photos you upload are used solely to produce your order. They are stored securely, shared only with the team and printing partners who need them to fulfil your order, and are not used for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit permission.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — payment gateways, courier partners, email and SMS providers, and hosting infrastructure. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, hashed one-time passwords, and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

We use essential cookies for signing you in securely, and local browser storage to remember your cart and wishlist between visits. We do not use invasive third-party tracking.

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Some data — such as order records — may be retained where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

For any privacy question or request, please contact our team or email us at the address listed on our contact page. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
