Customization Policy
A quick guide to getting the best possible result from your personalisation — from choosing photos to confirming your design.

How personalisation works
When you order a personalised product, you'll be asked to upload photos and enter details such as names, dates or a message. Each unit in a multi-quantity order is personalised separately, so every item can be unique.
Photo quality guidelines
Print quality depends on your photo. For the sharpest result:
- Use images of at least 1000 × 1000 pixels
- Choose well-lit photos without heavy filters
- Avoid screenshots and heavily cropped images
- Portrait photos work best for portrait frames
We print what you upload. We're not able to enhance, retouch or recompose photographs.
Text accuracy
Names, dates, quotes and messages are printed exactly as you type them. Please review spelling, capitalisation and dates carefully before ordering — we cannot be responsible for errors in customer-entered text.
Design proofs
For certain products we may share a design proof for your approval before printing. Delays in approving a proof will extend the processing time. If you don't respond within 48 hours, we may proceed with the design as submitted to keep your order on schedule.
Colour variation
Screen colours can differ slightly from printed output, and natural materials such as wood vary in grain and tone. Minor variations of this kind are normal and are not considered defects.
