Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and, where applicable, receive payment or a Cash on Delivery advance. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are calculated per product and displayed before payment. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card details.

For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, an advance may be required as shown at checkout, with the balance payable on delivery.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours on screen may differ slightly from physical items, and natural materials vary in tone and grain. Such variation is not a defect.

You are responsible for the photos, text and other content you submit. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful material. We may refuse to produce any item containing content that is offensive or unlawful.

All content on this website — including the MiniMuskan name, logo, imagery, copy and design — is owned by or licensed to MiniMuskan and may not be reproduced without permission.

Cancellations, refunds and replacements are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
