Processing & personalisation
Every MiniMuskan piece is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, our team begins the personalisation process — printing, assembling and hand-finishing your item.
- Standard personalisation: 2–4 business days
- Peak seasons (Diwali, Valentine's, Raksha Bandhan): 3–6 business days
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing the next working day.
Delivery timelines
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your pincode. Metro cities are usually faster; remote areas may take slightly longer.
You'll receive tracking details by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is handed to our courier partner.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are set per product and are shown transparently in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Some products ship free.
- Free delivery: no charge for that item
- Flat charge: a fixed amount per item, regardless of quantity
- Per-unit charge: the amount applies to each unit ordered
The total delivery charge for your order is the sum of every item's charge and is always shown before payment.
Packaging
Fragile and personalised items are packed with protective, shock-absorbing materials and arrive gift-ready. If your parcel looks damaged on arrival, please refuse delivery or note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number before placing an order. We're unable to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
